The Fighter

While Mark Wahlberg wowed the crowds pretty much by himself with his hit movies Shooter, and Max Payne, he joins up with British actor Christian Bale (Batman, Terminator: Salvation) and Amy Adams (Julie & Julia) for this boxing story. 'Irish' Mickey Ward rises to the World Light Welterweight Title with the coaxing and teaching of his brother, Dicky.

TwilightSaga: Eclipse

Shrek Forever After

Enter Rumpelstiltskin, a sly person who has it in mind for Shrek to join a completely different version of Far Far Away, where he and Fiona, the beautiful ogre princess have never met, and Shrek's kind are hunted! What to do now? Reclaim his true love Fiona, and restore order to his world. How? You'll have to watch.

Robin Hood—unofficial title

The last time any of us has really seen New Zealand actor Russell Crowe, he was wearing a spiky gray wig, and desperately needed to meet with a personal trainer, as he was required to gain a large amount of weight for the hit action movie Body of Lies. Now, he comes back to entertain us with yet another rendition of the Nottingham tale Robin Hood. Joining Cate Blanchett, Mark Strong (also in Body of Lies) and William Hurt, Russell suits up to begin the story right where it starts, with the death of King Richard. It follows Robin along the trail to his claim of fame as the infamous archer of Nottingham. But this is not to be the cute Robin Hood stories which Hollywood has given us prior to this 2010 rendition. Like many of Crowe's movies, this one is grounded into reality, the Robin Hood we have come to know.

Alice in Wonderland

Johnny Depp will not fail to impress (yet again) in this real life rendition of Alice in Wonderland. Along with Mia Wasikoska, Christopher Lee, and Anne Hathaway, Depp spins the traditional tale—with some unexpected twists. We still have little Alice…well, seventeen year old Alice, anyway—the Red Queen, the White Queen, and of course the little animals such as the Cheshire Cat, the White Rabbit—but the story is completely different. Alice is about to be proposed to in front of top class society, when she determines to run away. But she flees, unbeknown to her, to a story land which she had visited ten years ago. And the rest of the story? You'll have to wait, but don't be late for this very important date!

The Untouchables: Capone Rising

Everybody loves Gerard Butler. And if they don't, they watch his movies just to see and hear him talk. And although this production has been put off for more than a year, there's still talk of it being produced by late 2010. A prequel to the movie The Untouchables, starring Kevin Costner and Sean Connery, with Al Pacino as Capone, The Untouchables: Capone Rising is highly centered around the life of Al Capone and the St. Valentines' Day Massacre. The production date itself, however, remains unofficial.

Remember Me

Tyler's (Robert Pattinson) brother went suicidal. His parents (Pierce Brosnan, Lena Olin) split up soon after. What's there to life now? Ally Craig (Emilie de Ravin) witnessed the murder of her mother. With the shock that follows, Ally realizes that life could end unexpectedly at any moment. With this in mind, she meets Tyler, and together they help each other through their misery—and find that it's possible to discover a new life, and love, despite tragedy.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time

Everyone thought this was a joke at first. A video game turned into a movie? It's been done, but it's not always successful. But Prince of Persia seems to have more potential. With feature cast of Gemma Arterton (Quantum of Solace, Rock 'n' Rolla) Jake Gyllenhaal ( Brokeback Mountain, Jarhead) and Ben Kingsley (The Love Guru, Shutter Island) and a pretty promising plot, this movie will be tumbling into existence whether we like it or not! Princes and Princesses don't always get along—but Prince Dastan and Tamina, two extreme rivals, run up against an angry ruler bent on destroying the world with sand, they realize that they must put their differences aside—or they won't be around for their enmity to exist!

Shutter Island

A murderer escapes from a prison for the clinically insane. A U.S. Marshal has been pushing to be assigned to a destination which none other would want. The only thing the two have in common: they both are connected to a dark place called Shutter Island. His yearning was for personal reasons, the murderer's for mental. On this Boston island is a mental institute called Ashecliff Hospital. With the escape of the prisoner, Marshal Daniels (Leonardo DiCaprio) is finally assigned to the forsaken island. He soon realizes that he is the center of a construed plot created by doctors that Daniels feels should be deemed clinically insane themselves. But as the doctor's evil and misconceived treatments progress from awful to almost demonic, Daniels extensive investigations lead him down a long tunnel with light at the end—fairly uncommon. The light is shut off, though, when a hurricane terminates all communications with the mainland, and the doctors on the island refuse to give Daniels the records he needs to prove everything. As dangerous prisoners escape in chaos, Daniels is faced with a grave question. Is even he, of all the current residents, still sane?
